Welcome to "Tuhka Talo" (translated ash house in Finnish), your go-to destination for an authentic wood-fired sauna experience in Hampshire.

Immerse yourself in the deeply restorative tradition of contrast therapy, where the soothing warmth of a sauna is paired with the invigorating chill of a cold-water plunge, to enhance your health and well-being.

Our handcrafted traditional wood-fired saunas are uniquely situated in serene, private natural settings. Whether you choose our "rustic" sauna next to crystal-clear lake waters at The Fallen Willow Sauna (voted BEST NEW SAUNA with the British Sauna Society summit awards 2024) or the tranquil setting of our new site, The Woodland Sauna, a spacious luxurious sauna with invigorating Urban Ice Tribe plunge baths, showers and woodland walks, Tuhka Talo offers a deeply rejuvenating experience for everyone.

Extensive research supports the many benefits of contrast therapy – alternating between hot and cold environments and our saunas provide the perfect setting to immerse yourself in this therapeutic practice, surrounded by nature’s beauty and tranquillity.

Whether you’re looking to unwind after a long day, spend quality time with friends, or simply embrace a moment of peace, our sauna sessions cater to your individual needs.

We welcome you to experience our magical sauna spaces, release the stresses of the outside world, and allow the therapeutic nature of hot and cold to bring you into a state of well-being.

Open all year around, available for private or community bookings for those looking to unwind, enjoy nature and to feel great!
